Creating a work area
The first page you will see after logging into the system as a user will be a list of the work areas for the facility entered (initially blank). To begin with the user needs to create the work areas for the facility. Click on 'Create Work Area' to continue.
Note: Only users with full read/write access can create work areas.


Enter the details of the work area in the form provided. Click on 'Submit' to complete the process.


This will then create the work area and the next page shown is a view of the details of the work area that you have just created. Clicking on 'Work Areas' will return you to the work area list screen.


You will see that your work area is now included in the list.


Note: The new work area may not be shown on the first page. If this is the case, you may either use the search engine or navigate to the appropriate page to verify the new work area is included in the list.
