I receive the message User Aready Active when I attempt to login?
This message indicates that you are already logged into the system. Either someone else is logged in using your user name or you did not log out correctly at the end of your last session. If the latter you will need to contact your supervisor who can clear you from the system so that you can login again. Alternatively, wait about half an hour and try again as any inactive users will be automatically logged out by the system after a short period of time.
