Training academy

As a learning partner, the Academy offers organisations both one off courses or a strategic review of its current and future health and safety training needs. All the courses are delivered by time served professionals who are natural trainers with a wealth of experience using different learning styles and techniques.

How can we help?

We believe that health and safety training should be a rewarding experience which is more than simply meeting a standard of knowledge. Our courses are delivered with the delegates in mind. Time is taken to ascertain current levels of knowledge and understanding as well as the integration of thoughts, comments and experiences brought forward by those attending. Sessions are varied in style and nature to ensure that each and every delegate can engage and be engaged.

Our approach is based upon interaction and motivation. Our training courses are designed with key learning and teaching styles and theories in mind. They are delivered by health and safety practitioners who have achieved the PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) award for teaching as a minimum.

What do we provide?

Our trainers are highly competent and experienced professionals who have served time working with organisations such as IOSH and NEBOSH, being instrumental in the development and implementation of standards in teaching, examination and professionalism.
