Working as a senior member of the Consultancy team, Linda is Head of Academy at Sypol. Her role involves ensuring that the overall strategy for the training business stream not only meets customer needs but also the objectives of the corporate business plan.
Linda is responsible for managing the development of the Academy suite of products, including accredited courses such as IOSH and NEBOSH. She also maintains an effective team of trainers capable of delivering quality training services to customers and, in addition, an associate base that complements existing resource.
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Academy management system ensuring requirements of ISO 9001:2008 are met, Linda also participates in the development and promotion of new business activities with new and existing customers
