Lawrence has nearly 20 years experience in health, safety and environmental management. Utilising a practical approach to HSE implementation, he has extensive experience in a range of industries but specialises in construction. He also has an extensive training background and as such is recognised trainer for NEBOSH, IOSH and IEMA. In addition, he has acted as an examiner and accreditation advisor for NEBOSH.
Time served as SHE Manager of a major UK based construction company, Senior Tutor and leader of Woodland Grange and a number of other employers, he has excellent project management skills and is a team player with excellent motivational and leadership skills.
As Head of Operations, Lawrence is responsible for the delivery of the company’s development and growth plan and as such operates across a number of disciplines including consultancy and training, business development and project management.
